I had this book prior to arrival. I have not used since it is a cleaning tape and the video camera I bought with it is brand new. There will be some time before giving them and be able to use a proper assessment. But I loved the transaction. Rating: 3 / 5

The product I ordered did not fit my camera, but that was not their fault, Sony told me to get the wrong product, even though I did not send the item back after the company told me I could, what I did , Send to – Address, which has made available to me. After about two and a half weeks no credit on my credit card, by mail IU asked me if they received the product back and because I was never reimbursed. I received no response what so ever. I told them, e-mail me back and I also have my phone number to contact me, nothing. I finally got to keep someone when he left her again after repeated voice messages. Will say now, they never turn back the product and I would not get any reimbursement. Although I have received from the post office to send the product back. Now I am the product price, two separate dispatch and management fees, and I do not even have the product. This product works great. No problem. Unfortunately, not arrive on time so that I do before I go on vacation, I needed so I could use my use camera.
